About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our allied health education initiatives.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing education programs that support the growth and development of our allied health clinicians.

  • Lead the development and implementation of education programs for allied health professionals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify education needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other organizations to support education and training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in allied health education, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in a relevant field, such as education or healthcare.
  • At least 10 years of experience in allied health education or a related field.
  • Registration under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009 or accreditation with a relevant self-regulating professional body.
  • Experience in program development and implementation, preferably in a healthcare setting.
