**Job Title:** Program Coordinator - Primary School Care

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Coordinator to join our team at a primary school site. As a key member of our leadership team, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
  • Supporting the program compliance, ensuring a high quality service that exceeds industry standards.
  • Building strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community.
  • Playing and having FUN with primary school aged children
  • Opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday - split shift: 6:30am - 9:00am and 3:00pm - 6:30pm. Total 30 hours per week.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about kids, has a positive can-do attitude and just loves to have fun. You'll be a strong team player and love leading a team to success. You're keen to learn and develop your skills in this industry.

You should have outstanding communication skills and a desire to WOW your customers. While previous experience working in childcare or education is highly regarded, we also welcome those who are eager to start their career in this field. Our traineeship program can help you gain the necessary qualifications to succeed in this role.
