**Job Title:** Program Coordinator - Primary School Care
**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year

About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Coordinator to join our team at a primary school site. As a key member of our leadership team, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
- Supporting the program compliance, ensuring a high quality service that exceeds industry standards.
- Building strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community.
- Playing and having FUN with primary school aged children
- Opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday - split shift: 6:30am - 9:00am and 3:00pm - 6:30pm. Total 30 hours per week.

You should have outstanding communication skills and a desire to WOW your customers. While previous experience working in childcare or education is highly regarded, we also welcome those who are eager to start their career in this field.
