Visual Merchandising Specialist Role

We're seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our Marketing team. This permanent, full-time role involves delivering retail execution excellence across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Display & Merchandising Manager in setting up displays and coordinating national display rollouts.
  • Assist with signage, props, and planogram execution to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct store visits and audits to assess customer experience and report on action plans and outcomes.
  • Manage POS execution in collaboration with Category Managers and Customer Experience Centre Managers.
  • Implement and oversee audit and reporting processes for display locations.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in visual merchandising with proven project management skills.
  • Creative, adaptable mindset with ability to use research and insights to develop engaging shopper experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers, customers, and display teams to build channel marketing plans.
  • Practical knowledge of marketing display and POS strategies, including techniques to drive sales conversion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing/Sales), Business, or equivalent expertise gained through experience or training.
