We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our team at St. Therese's School.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term full-time position with the possibility of becoming ongoing beyond 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the school's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and educational programs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to Catholic education and its values
  • High motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive outlook
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Knowledge of contemporary learning and teaching strategies
  • Competency in using G Suite for Education and other ICT resources
  • Current VIT Registration
  • Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School (CECV Policy 1.7) is advantageous
