Job Description

We are seeking experienced Trainer and Assessors to deliver First Aid courses in the Albany Area on a casual basis. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with life-saving skills and contributing to creating resilient communities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality First Aid training programs in accordance with ANZCOR and ARC guidelines.
  • Assessing learners' skills and knowledge to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages engagement and participation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of first aid guidelines and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Flexibility and availability to work both weekdays and weekends.
  • A friendly and engaging personality.
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
  • A current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certification or willingness to obtain if successful.
  • A current 'Working with Children Card' or willingness to obtain if successful.
  • A Current 'C' or 'CA' class driver's license.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
