About the Role:- Lead a continuous improvement culture to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical resource support for staff, ensuring high-quality clinical practice.
- Foster a person-centred approach by focusing on service delivery, compliance, and audit processes.
- Develop care plans aligned with new standards for optimal resident outcomes.
- Drive a culture of excellence in aged care services.
- Act as a clinical resource for staff, providing education and support.
- Maintain accurate records through strong documentation skills.
- Cultivate a team environment that promotes collaboration and respect.
- Prior experience in aged care leadership, with a strong understanding of aged care principles.
- Nursing degree and current registration.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
