Are you a motivated and talented student looking to gain valuable work experience in the energy sector? Our Cadet Program is an ideal opportunity for students like you to participate in industry-leading projects while acquiring practical skills relevant to your field of study.
About the RoleThis program offers 12-weeks paid summer employment at our head office, providing you with hands-on experience in the industry. As a cadet, you will also receive:
- Annual study allowance and equipment support
- Ongoing professional support and mentoring
- Opportunity to be considered for our Graduate Development Program
We encourage applications from Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander university students with a keen interest in the energy industry. To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent
- Identify as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and be accepted by their community
- Be enrolled for their first undergraduate degree course and studying full-time at an Australian university
- Be available for full-time work throughout the duration of employment
- Be eligible to legally work and live in Australia permanently
- Be committed to our values of diversity and inclusion
