About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Integration and Management (SIAM) professional to join our client in Perth CBD, supporting their project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the ICT operational change process under SIAM or ITIL frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless coordination and communication across multiple IT vendors in a multi-tenanted environment.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth change implementations while minimizing risk and disruption.
  • Monitor and improve change management workflows to ensure they align with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as the key point of contact for all change-related activities within the contracted ICT services for a large, state government organization.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve change management, asset, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes.
  • Provides training support and advice to various internal and external stakeholders about CMDB and ITIL processes and frameworks.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in SIAM and/or ITIL frameworks with a deep understanding of change management in a multi-tenanted ICT environment.
  • Proven ability to manage changes within large, complex ICT service contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate across multiple IT vendors and clients.
  • Experience working with government or large enterprise organizations is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
