About the Role

We are seeking an expert to design, implement and manage directory services, ensuring high availability, performance and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directory Management:
    • Design, deploy and maintain directory environments.
    • Administer and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security policies.
    • Ensure directory services are secure and compliant.
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM):
    • Implement identity federation, single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
    • Automate identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning.
    • Work closely with cybersecurity teams to mitigate identity threats.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
    • Monitor directory and IAM services, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
    • Perform security audits and risk assessments for directory services.
  • Integration & Collaboration:
    • Work with application teams to integrate authentication and authorization services.
    • Collaborate with security teams to enforce identity governance.
  • Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience in directory management, IAM and cybersecurity.
    • Strong expertise in directory design, administration and troubleshooting.
    • Experience with identity federation, SSO, MFA and conditional access.
    • Hands-on experience with Group Policy Management, Kerberos and DNS.
    • Knowledge of scripting for automation and management.
    • Familiarity with SIEM, identity analytics and compliance frameworks.
