Aps 5: Strategic Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an Intelligence Assessment Analyst to join a specialist team working closely with the National Intelligence Community, ADF organisations and Allies. The team produces high-profile target intelligence products for Defence senior leaders in support of ADF operations.
This role involves collaborating daily with ADF and APS intelligence analysts on specific intelligence problem sets. The products being worked have long lead times.
The analyst will perform all-source intelligence analysis, including information and cyber domain, infrastructure, communications pathways and their use in context. This identifies components, dependencies, criticalities and vulnerabilities of complex problem sets.
The analysis informs operational planning and decision making within senior levels of Defence. The analyst will brief assessments to senior Defence personnel at operational and strategic levels.
Skillset Required- All-source intelligence analysis skills, including information and cyber domain.
- Experience with complex problem set identification, dependencies and vulnerabilities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Briefing and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
