We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Inspection Technician to join our team at FOBA. As a key player in ensuring the quality of our products, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
About the RoleThis position involves inspecting production parts to verify compliance with established quality standards. You will utilize a range of techniques, tools, and equipment to perform evaluations, measure dimensions, conduct tests, and compare results against predetermined specifications.
You will work closely with the Supplier Quality Manager and production teams to address any issues and implement necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet quality requirements.
Your Key Accountabilities- Inspecting production parts for quality assurance
- Generating inspection reports for SQM
- Coordinating with production teams for corrective actions
- Calibrating inspection equipment
- Participating in daily QDIP sessions for SQM
- Collaborating with Path Lab for defect analysis
- Inspection experience on vision and/or CMM equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings – GD&T
- Proven track record of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of RMA handling procedures
