Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the development of enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion
  2. Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need
  3. Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users
  4. Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
  5. Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions

Requirements

  1. 5+ years' of relevant ServiceNow experience
  2. Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
  3. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  4. Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  5. ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) - required
  6. ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – any and all modules - required
