Culinary Expert Required

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to deliver exceptional hospitality and catering services to Defence personnel in Australia.

Our team is passionate about providing high-quality, nutritious meals that enhance our customers' Defence experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in bulk cooking, presentation, and flavour management with full training and support.

The Position:
  1. Meal Preparation: Prepare high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and events.
  2. Catering Standards: Uphold catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP regulations, and maintain a strong focus on waste reduction.
  3. Kitchen Operations: Support kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
The Person:
  1. A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
  2. A valid Licence and transport to access site.
  3. Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.
  4. Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
  5. Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
  6. Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organisational success.
