- Minimum 2 years experience in aged care or disability is required.
- A genuine passion for care work and effective communication skills are essential.
- An adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work is necessary.
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanor are also required.
- Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week is necessary.
Current National Police Clearance, First Aid, Manual Handling and Hand Hygiene certificates, and online COVID-19 infection control training are highly regarded.
Certificate III (or higher) in a related community care field or current healthcare certificate is preferred.
