Retail Merchandiser

Work as a Retail Merchandiser and contribute to the success of our business by effectively completing work tasks, building displays, and merchandising products within various retail stores.

  • Establish relationships with store managers and team members to ensure successful task completion, creating engaging displays and promoting a diverse range of products in different retail environments.
  • Develop brand advocacy and achieve targets within Grocery, Corporate Petrol & Convenience and Mass Merchant stores across a designated territory.
  • Manage your assigned retail stores and submit daily reports with high-quality photos using the StoreTrack app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain quality point-of-sale displays and planograms in-store.
  • Negotiate additional promotional space with stores for various products from leading brands.
  • Achieve sales targets within designated territories including Grocery, Corporate Petrol & Convenience and Mass Merchant stores.

Requirements:

  • Supermarket, retail or merchandising experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team is required.
