About the Role

We are seeking an experienced system administrator to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our corporate information systems, including document management, cloud-based collaboration systems, and business information systems.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to gather business requirements, analyse system-related issues, and recommend solutions that improve system functionality and align with operational and legislative requirements.

Your expertise will help ensure systems run efficiently, securely, and in line with the operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support the PTA's Corporate Information Systems
  • Analyse system-related issues and recommend solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements
