About this Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead our junior school classroom teaching team in a collaborative and dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a Thriving Learning Environment

Design and implement engaging lesson plans that foster powerful learning, where students develop skills to learn effectively and value personal effort, excellence, and achievement.

Collaborate with the Teaching Team

Work closely with colleagues under the strategic leadership of the Director of Learning and Teaching, receiving support and oversight from the Head of School and Coordinators who oversee the implementation of a rich and invigorating learning experience.

Prioritize Student Development

Focus on developing students' faith in Jesus Christ while ensuring they achieve academic excellence and make progress towards their full potential.

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Excellent academic qualifications and subject knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to relate compassionately, humbly, graciously, strongly, and with integrity to students, families, and staff.
  • A deep understanding of student development and educational needs, with a passion for encouraging students in their faith journey.
