Position Overview
Catholic Education Western Australia is seeking a skilled Administrative Officer to support the College Reception team on a part-time basis. As an ongoing position, this role offers flexibility and stability for the successful candidate.About the RoleThe Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of the College. This includes handling correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and performing tasks as required by management.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including student data and personnel files
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Preparing and distributing reports, documents, and other materials as required
- Supporting events, functions, and activities across the College
Selection CriteriaTo be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience working in an administrative role
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, estimated at $55,000 per annum, plus benefits package.
