The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting the hospitality and catering team.

About the Role:

  • Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers.
  • Clean, sanitise and maintain equipment, furniture and premises.
  • Process meals in the meal pass system, handle cash and bank in line with Company and Client protocols.
  • Assist with basic food preparation as requested by the Head Chef.

About You:

  • Relevant experience in Hospitality and Customer Service.
  • Current TAS Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training available on site).
  • Customer Service experience and working in a fast-paced environment.
