Deliver Meaningful Support to Our Aged Care Customers

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Support Worker to join our team at Australian Unity. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering in-home support services to our aged care customers, helping them live independently and remain within their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and general chores around the house.
  • Offer social support, including emotional support and companionship within the home and unassisted shopping.
  • Assist with administration tasks, such as reporting and progress notes.
Requirements:
  • Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7am - 6pm.
  • Live within 15-20km radius to enjoy a convenient commute and support your local community.
  • Ability to commit to our PAID 2 week training and induction program when you first commence.
