Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and perform various station duties with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Provide expert assistance with enquiries, travel bookings, and connecting services to ensure seamless experiences for our customers.
  • Take pride in maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the station, making it a welcoming environment for everyone.
  • Assist with luggage handling for regional services, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Work Environment:

You will work closely with our train crew and other stakeholders to maintain safety standards and proactively identify opportunities to minimize potential risks.

This is an on-site role working a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available upon request.
