Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service and perform various station duties with efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide expert assistance with enquiries, travel bookings, and connecting services to ensure seamless experiences for our customers.
- Take pride in maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the station, making it a welcoming environment for everyone.
- Assist with luggage handling for regional services, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
You will work closely with our train crew and other stakeholders to maintain safety standards and proactively identify opportunities to minimize potential risks.
This is an on-site role working a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available upon request.
