About the Role

  • We are looking for a passionate and creative educator to deliver high-quality education programs to our children.
  • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • They will be able to plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with other educators and support staff to create an inclusive and responsive learning environment.
  • Observe and document children's progress, using this information to guide future planning.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge

  • Prior experience in teaching in an early childhood setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used for children's documentation and parent communication.
