Carpentry Instructor

Are you passionate about teaching and sharing your expertise in carpentry with others? We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Instructor to join our team.

• Deliver high-quality training and assessment to students in the classroom, workshop, or online environment
• Develop and implement innovative and effective learning strategies to enhance student engagement and outcomes
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and training materials that meet industry standards and requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current industry skills and knowledge relevant to carpentry and vocational education and training
• Qualifications in adult education and training (e.g. TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and industry partners
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced educational environment
