About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mossman Johnston Road. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to ensure seamless delivery of our centre's vision and goals
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and development of our children
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
