Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized Patient Services Officer to join our team at Calvary North Adelaide Hospital. The successful candidate will be flexible with working hours and have the ability to work full time when needed across a span of hours between 6am-10pm daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support in admissions and discharges
  • Accurately enter data into our IPM software system
  • Offer consulting room administration support
  • Assist with general reception and switchboard duties
  • Verify health fund eligibility
  • Prepare and scan case notes

Essential Criteria

  • Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
