Job Description:

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspirational environment for our customers, providing personalized make-up services, and promoting our products to meet sales targets.

You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of visual merchandising, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving store goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively promote and sell products.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail or make-up artistry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is beneficial.
