Data Insights Specialist

About this role:
As a Data Insights Specialist, you will contribute to the improvement of business intelligence solutions. You will assist in researching, developing, implementing and evaluating key projects, business processes, administration and information systems associated with data analysis.
The position requires a professional who participates in developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining business intelligence systems, processes and work practices. This includes identifying areas for improvement, recommending and implementing enhancements to existing practices.
You will develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will prioritize work, take personal responsibility and ensure timely and efficient service delivery and project management is provided. Deadlines must be met and performance benchmarks achieved.
You will prepare documentation and correspondence according to protocols. This includes responding to requests from senior officers. You will build and sustain effective networks with colleagues and stakeholders to share knowledge and information. The practices, operations and systems should reflect contemporary administrative and management practices.
