About the Role

You will be responsible for managing branch performance and strategic development, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and driving business and marketing campaign plans.

  • Make banking easy for members and ensure exceptional member experiences within your branch.
  • Manage branch performance and strategic development, fostering relationships within the wider Retail division.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team that delivers outstanding member service.
  • Develop and implement business and marketing campaign plans.
  • Drive and motivate your team to achieve retention and referral targets for specialized advice areas, including financial planning.
