We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support our team at IIQAF. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with payroll-related tasks, including processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining employee records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements and ensure proper documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to payroll-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in payroll or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software.
  • Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
