**Finance Trainee Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Trainee to join our organization and contribute to the success of our financial operations.

This role offers hands-on experience in finance administration, reporting, and reconciliation, while working towards a nationally recognized qualification (Cert IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support with finance tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Assisting with monthly financial reporting using complex spreadsheets
  • Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Supporting back-office receipting and general ledger maintenance
  • Participating in ad-hoc finance projects and audits, including cash float register checks

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Current 'C' class drivers license
  • Rights to work in Australia
