About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Food Service Assistant to join our team at Regis Aged Care in Holland Park. As a Food Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present food and drinks for residents in a safe and hygienic manner
  • Clean and maintain the dining area and kitchen facilities
  • Serve meals to residents and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with general hospitality services and support residents with their daily needs

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within Aged Care or commercial catering
  • Availability to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts as needed
  • Hospitality and/or working with food experience; or the willingness and motivation to learn
  • Current food handling certificate and bulk food preparation experience
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
