We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Intro Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of construction sites and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop and maintain project construction schedules
- Interpret building plans, regulations, and codes of practice to direct work and monitor compliance
- Conduct quality assurance checks, site inductions, and ensure workplace health and safety compliance
- Record and report variations
- Track and control construction schedules, progress reporting to management
- Manage sub-contractors, quality of materials, and workmanship
- Place orders for materials and trades as required
- Maintain clean and safe work sites
- Liaise with internal team members and external consultants
- Report to the Director
- A stable career history within the construction industry
- High volume project house experience
- Strong construction experience with a reputable construction company
- The ability to work to and meet deadlines
- Well-organized, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
- Applicable trade/industry qualifications
