About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible individual to join our team as a Casual Assistant Border Force Officer. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Australian Border Force (ABF) in its mission to protect Australia's borders and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to frontline operational teams, including border clearing travellers, crew, and goods.
  • Work collaboratively as an effective team member to achieve work area objectives.
  • Represent the ABF in frontline operational areas, dealing directly with members of the public, including foreign travellers.
  • Perform duties in a fast-paced, high-volume operating environment.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the ABF.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Ability to wear the ABF uniform and represent the ABF professionally in the public domain.
  • Basic computer skills.
