Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage all site contract-scoped catering services on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety standards and leading a team to achieve financial performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for all site contract-scoped catering services
  • Management of all food compliance standards
  • Team management, development & leadership
  • Financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labour and food costs
  • Lead the adherence to food & safety practices

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team across multiple sites
  • Strong relationship and contract management skills
  • Ability to influence people at all levels
  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade certificate
  • Driver's Licence - Automatic
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue
  • Food Safety Supervisor
