Job Description

Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at Endeavour Group. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in driving technology transformation, improving efficiency, and ensuring that technology investments deliver value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture, focusing on business, information, application, and technology domains.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their objectives and ensure that technology strategies align with the goals.
  • Work with Solution, Data, Technical architects to provide architectural guidance for projects and initiatives, ensuring that solutions are designed to be scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
  • Contribute to definition and enforcement of technology standards, best practices, and architectural principles to maintain consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Identify and mitigate technology risks, ensuring that security and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications (i.e. TOGAF).
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT architecture or related roles gained within Retail and preferably large, complex environments.
  • Experience or background with HR & Payroll Systems like Success Factors, Kronos, Retail Stores technology - POS, Ticketing, Venue operations technology, Team services - Service Now.
  • Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with an ability to negotiate and influence.
