Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance leader to join our team as Financial Planning Manager. This role is a key member of the Finance function and plays a critical part in driving business performance, influencing strategic direction, and embedding insights-led decision making across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and elevating financial planning and analysis capability across the group

  • Leading month-end reporting and forecasting, including consolidation and commentary

  • Partnering with senior leaders to challenge, support, and shape business decisions

  • Translating complex financials into actionable insights that drive results

  • Developing budgets, scenario models, business cases, and investment analyses

  • Supporting strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and performance improvement efforts

  • Driving process improvements across finance and beyond

  • Leveraging technology to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

  • At least 8 years of experience in commercial finance or financial planning and analysis

  • Advanced skills in using financial planning and analysis tools beyond Excel

  • Strong prioritization, project management, and leadership skills
