Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team, providing care and support to elderly clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional care and support to elderly clients in a home-based setting
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and domestic duties
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or above in a relevant industry (e.g. aged care, disability)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment
  • Experience caring for individuals with dementia
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Reliable Vehicle
  • Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
  • Able to work 3 days a week between Monday and Friday
