Program Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide expert advice and support to academic staff on policies, procedures, and systems for creating, revising, and disestablishing programs, specialisations, and courses. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of university and faculty policies and procedures related to governance, design, delivery, review, and quality of academic offerings.
About the Role
- Provide high-level governance support to the Science Teaching and Quality Committee.
- Maintain workflows and systems for managing curriculum-related projects.
- Coordinate proposals from submission to the Faculty Admin stage.
What We're Looking For
- A relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience in education, program management, or a related field.
- High-level expertise in utilising curriculum management systems, with demonstrated proficiency using ECLIPS or similar systems.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies and procedure related to academic governance.
