We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Burrito Master to join our dynamic team at Guzman y Gomez. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Job Description

A typical day for a Burrito Master involves taking orders, expertly crafting burritos, restocking fridges, and mastering basic food preparation. You will showcase your versatility as a team player, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range between $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and performance. This rate is estimated based on the industry standards and the location of our restaurants.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
