Job Description

At Winning Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process stock into the warehouse according to company procedures.
  • Transfer stock to designated storage areas as per company procedures.
  • Pick stock to picking lanes in line with company procedure.
  • Conduct cycle counts.
  • Perform any other suitable duties as requested by Supervisors or Managers in other areas of the business.
Requirements:
  • LF & LO Licenses essential.
  • Candidates with LF & LO qualifications will be offered a higher base salary to reflect their additional skills and certifications.
  • Warehouse experience is required.
  • Preferred experience working with appliances, furniture, or large bulky items, although not essential.
  • Strong safety focus with knowledge and experience in safe manual handling.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in multitasking and has experience in it.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Possesses a proactive and can-do attitude.
What We Offer:
  • Permanent Full Time Position.
  • Annual Base Salary $56,000 - $62,000 + Super.
  • Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm.
  • Free onsite parking.
  • Altona North, Melbourne.
