About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to maintain a clean and safe working environment within an industrial warehouse setting.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with hours from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The pay rate for this position is $31.23 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clean and mop floors throughout the warehouse to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  2. Maintain machinery and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
  3. Collect and remove rubbish from designated areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  4. Place commercial bins out for collection, adhering to waste management guidelines.
  5. Dust and wipe down surfaces, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
  6. Ensure all workspaces are kept clean and organised, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  7. Familiarise yourself with and adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.
  2. Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  3. Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  4. Excellent time management and organisational skills, allowing you to prioritise tasks and manage your workload effectively.
  5. Able to work efficiently and reliably, meeting performance targets and contributing to team success.
