The Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our team. As a key member, you'll drive sales and KPIs, foster customer engagement, and develop your team's skills. You'll collaborate with our Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth and work in a high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Motivate your team to excel in KPIs and added value targets.
  • Monitor store sales daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to weekly targets and company rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans.
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national legislation.
