At Yotpo, we're building the future of eCommerce retention. We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Solutions Architect. As a key member of our technical go-to-market team, you'll be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation and optimization of our product suite.

About the Role:
  • As a Solutions Architect, you'll work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and provide customized solutions to meet their business goals.
  • You'll partner with high-level business stakeholders to translate strategic vision into reality, ensuring seamless integration with Yotpo's platform.
  • With your technical expertise and strong client-facing skills, you'll own the technical onboarding process, resolving any issues that arise during implementation.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL) and APIs, particularly within the SaaS or eCommerce space.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and communicate their implications to all stakeholders.
