Job Description

As a skilled Garment Technician, you will be responsible for translating design visions into flawless patterns and technical packs. Your expertise in pattern making, grading, and fit will drive innovation in quality, sustainability, and process improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate patterns, graded specs, and POMs for production.
  • Develop bespoke patterns and Made-to-Order variations.
  • Update existing patterns and specifications to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in bridal or eveningwear garment construction.
  • Strong technical expertise in pattern making, grading, and fit.
  • Proficiency with Style CAD, Adobe Illustrator, and garment tech processes (creating tech packs).
  • Deep knowledge of lace, silk, crepe, satin, and stretch fabrics.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
