  • Responsible for triage of all patients who present to urgent care.
  • Conduct comprehensive and accurate nursing triage.
  • Act promptly for any triaged patients requiring emergency escalation or due to deterioration.
  • Perform procedural work such as suturing and plastering.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability for the dynamic urgent care environment.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with patients, families, carers, and medical practitioners.
  • Ensure patients achieve desired clinical outcomes.
  • Provide essential health education to patients.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and promptly.
