We are seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role will involve working four days a week, Tuesday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and dedicated to supporting staff in raising student outcomes through rigorous, evidence-based approaches to planning and teaching. They will utilize ongoing assessment to inform instruction, differentiate teaching, and plan for student progress. Collaboration with colleagues to implement whole-school initiatives and shared responsibility for student success is also expected. Experience with Teach Well will be highly valued. Furthermore, applicants should demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional growth, embracing coaching, classroom observations, and feedback to maintain and enhance contemporary best practices. Additionally, they will need to showcase expertise in using ICT skills, particularly with iPads, to integrate technology into their teaching practice.

• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and classroom management as a dynamic, innovative, and reflective practitioner
• Understanding and ability to differentiate the teaching and learning program to cater for diverse student needs
• Ability to continuously analyze and use data to inform teaching and learning practices to raise student achievement
• High level of interpersonal and organizational skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents
• Positive, professional attitude, demonstrating initiative, a growth mindset, and a desire to continually improve
• Strong understanding of NQS, Western Australian, and Australian Curriculum requirements
• Deep understanding, commitment to, and application of evidence-based educational practice
• Proficiency in ICT skills, especially with iPads, to integrate technology effectively into teaching
• Commitment to contributing actively to the life of the school, living out the principles of the Catholic ethos, and upholding the values of our institution
