Educational Program Manager

The Smith Family is a national children's education charity committed to providing holistic, long-term support for young Australians experiencing poverty.
We are seeking an Educational Program Manager to coordinate the delivery of our flagship program – Learning for Life. This role will be working within the Central Coast Region, covering various communities.
The successful candidate will establish and maintain Partner School relationships, monitor progress, plan implementation, and provide feedback on programs and activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the successful delivery of educational programs.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date database information.
- Advocating for The Smith Family's educational programs and answering enquiries.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to identify potential improvements to programs.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating educational programs or projects.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain partnerships.
- Strong administration skills.
- A current drivers license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
