The Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil General Foreman to join our high-calibre team in delivering a portfolio of development and infrastructure projects in Moorebank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Superintendent to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes.
  • Use trusted leadership and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of our projects.
  • Motivate others to ensure a high-performing culture where teamwork delivers exceptional quality outcomes.
  • Ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Requirements

You will need:

  • Certificate III in Civil Construction.
  • Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience.
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes.
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results.
Desirable Skills

You may also have:

  • Certificate IV Civil Supervision.
