IPT Lead

About the Role

The IPT Lead Drive Module will act as the prime contractor interface for the production and delivery of the common drive module components of the Boxer CRV. This includes overseeing Rheinmetall’s own scope, including production launch, Australia-based design, local pre-delivery rework, production activities, and commercial aspects.

This role requires a high level of coordination, including managing inter-entity scope and occasional travel to Germany. The design, initial procurement, and production of the Boxer CRV Drive Module are primarily led from Rheinmetall entities in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Devising and implementing strategic development and resource planning, particularly within a launch phase of a project and related to the management of change.
• Managing complex projects and project resources, including subcontractors and multiple service providers using PM methodologies in various environments.
• Developing and delivering systems/products that are complex in nature.
• Formal certifications in Project Management, such as Prince2, PMP, or CPMP.
• Operational knowledge and capability of the Microsoft Office Professional suite and SharePoint.
• Currently holding or having the ability to obtain a Security Clearance to Negative Vetting 1.
