The salon is a well-established business that offers a unique experience, combining top-quality therapy and treatment for skin, hair, laser, and beauty.
Main Responsibilities
· Perform haircuts and style cuts with precision and attention to detail.
· Colouring and use of different techniques, Foiling, highlighting & bleaching to achieve desired results.
· Question patrons regarding desired services and haircut styles to provide personalized recommendations.
· Applying different types of hair treatments, including hair Botox and keratin treatment, to enhance hair health and appearance.
· Provide hair and scalp treatments, such as deep conditioning, scalp massages, and hair treatments for specific concerns like dandruff or dryness, and recommend appropriate products for maintenance and improvement.
· Shampoo, condition, and rinse hair with care and attention to detail.
· Applying hair extensions to enhance clients' natural beauty.
· Blow drying, hair washing, and styling to achieve desired looks.
· Building lasting relationships with clientele through exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
· Providing advice and assistance to clients, relative to our product range, to ensure they receive the best possible service.
· Clean and sterilize scissors, combs, clippers, and other instruments to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
· Colouring, straightening, and permanently waving hair with chemical solutions to achieve desired results.
· Possess knowledge of various hair types, textures, and styles to provide expert advice and recommendations.
· Stay informed about the latest haircutting techniques, grooming trends, and industry developments to remain up-to-date and provide the best possible service.
Qualifications and Skills
· Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification.
· At least 3 years of experience as a Hairdresser or equivalent experience in a related field.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, including a base salary between A$70,000 to 80,000 plus Superannuation.
